We rent the estate for a minimum stay of 7 days.



The final cleaning will be charged a flat rate of EUR 120.00.

The prices include the rental including all utilities, laundry package for sheets and towels and beach towels. For a stay of 14 days weekly new package. Not included is the tourism tax (ecotasa). For adults 2 EUR/day, children under 16 years free.

Price includes shuttle from an to the Airport Palma/Mallorca and rent a car.

Payment and cancellation according to rental contract.
